About
My intention is to produce great photographs of your special day, creating unique images that you and your loved ones will return to again and again.
Attention to detail is essential. Consequently, I always visit the locations for the ceremony and celebrations in order to identify the best opportunities to capture special shots. It is this attention to detail, I believe, which tells the story of your unique day from the bride getting dressed, through to that first magical dance. I always endeavor to capture images that are fresh and honest yet intimate in an unobtrusive way.
What has proved extremely successful is to take a select few high impact photos using the venue or grounds as the backdrop. This need take no more than 30 minutes but often produces the most memorable pictures of the day.
I want your memories to be the best, consequently I spend many hours editing and retouching your images to ensure nothing but the best results for you. I tell the story of your day by designing your album, consisting a minimum of 200 photographs, with some albums containing up to 400 of photographs. Once the finishing touches have been made, together we will look at the album within 3 weeks of your wedding, making any changes you wish.
Finally, the album will be printed giving you and your loved ones memories to cherish. Along with your album you will receive a DVD of all the images, which you can then email to friends, put on Facebook and print.
About me… I have won various awards in portraiture and in 2010 was selected by Brides magazine as the chosen photographer for Northumberland. In 2011, photographs from one of my weddings will be featured on www.rockmywedding.co.uk. As well as photographing weddings I am currently senior photographer for Venture, a worldwide portraiture brand.
